Now...A little about myself...
I have been involved in the Real Estate business since1986 as a full time agent. Homes have always interested me and when I had a chance to join the #1Real Estate Company in the world-I did!
Helping people is also something that I truly enjoy. Matching up a buyer and a seller is really a pleasure. I take great pride in knowing that someone is placing one of the biggest investments of their lives in my hands. I work extremely hard to please all parties involved in the sale.
The real estate business is constantly changing and one needs to STAND OUT from the crowd in order for them to see all you can offer. I do this by continually updating my marketing plans, implementing new technology as it comes along, providing the very best to my clients and customers by having a full time staff of assistants to handle the many aspects of providing a pleasant buying and selling atmosphere and being available at most times to show and list homes.
Some of the many services that I have integrated into our personal office space are: 4 computers and 6 lap top computers to track and market our many listings, access to Multiple Listing service from all computers, have 3 assistants available to answer calls-set appointments-handle all the paperwork-provide updates & market all my listings, post your listing on the web at over 500 different web sites and have links to over 25 real estate related services, I market my listings via fax & mail to all local brokers, I provide color brochures, that I create, to market a home, I mass market a specific area once a home is listed in that area-to promote that particular listing, I do door to door promotion & the use all the traditional ways of marketing a home-such as the newspaper, MLS & Virtual Tours.
I am proud to say, that by providing all these services, I have become of the top agents not only in this area but also with in the whole USA.

Personal
I currently live and own a home in Andover. I am married to a wonderful woman: Susan Fabbri and have two twin boys age 8. They are joy of our lives. My youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organization centered around school, church and athletics. I graduated from Florida International University with a degree in Restaurant Mangement and Finance. I was in the Food and Beverage Industry until I was 29 and since then Real Estate Full time. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, vacations, traveling, renovation of properties, golf, landscaping and some volunteer work.
